Why women after 45 years cannot produce children?

In a Women’s life,  reproductive phase spans  between  11 to 45 years.  In this reproductive phase, a 28 day monthly  menstrual cycle occurs regularly. On 14 th day of menstrual cycle in every month one egg will be secreted by either of the two ovaries alternatively.  The onset of menstrual flow starts at the age of 11 years in a young female under the influence of Oestrogen hormone secreted by ovaries.  The condition attained by the female  is known to be menarche condition. This condition continues upto 45 years. After attaining 45 years, the menstrual flow and secretion of egg from the ovaries stop. The stoppage of the menstrual flow at this age is known as menopause. A woman cannot conceive pregnancy because release of egg stops at this age.
